JOHN STEED and Mrs. Peel have been testing a new device on a motor yacht, but
the yacht has been sunk by foreign agents. Steed and Mrs. Peel are attempting
to salvage the device when they are opposed by enemy frogmen...

discovered and a desperate fight takes place...
